Because it is not all about running a wedding photography business; because I got a whole week with my husband where both of us didn’t work… too much; because everyone loves a pictures of a fluffy little dog; and because we saw our first haboob in real life (yeah, I had to look it up in a dictionary the first time!). Those, and a million other reasons, are why I am sharing these private images from our trip to Palm Springs earlier this year. =)
Honestly, it was complete bliss to get to have some alone time with my husband, where both of us agreed to not work. Ok, so that didn’t last long, but we both did make an effort, and limited the amount of time internet and computer use was allowed. And we stuck to it, instead making sure that our pup got way too much attention, we ate food that was beyond spectacular, and we spent too much time lounging by the pool.
That is all. (Except that I would love to be back there right now, lounging by the pool.)
